Return Policy

If you wish to return your order after it has been shipped, you may do so within 30 days of receipt.

Returns must be made in the original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.

Please Note: Items returned without the original packaging or in damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as the cancellation is made prior to the product being shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@lightyourtop.com as soon as possible, and provide your order number.
